CanSkate and StarSkate for Adults and Teens 

Interested in learning how to skate? CanSkate isn't just for kids!

Teens and adults can join our Saturday session in a group of their own, in a part of the ice designated for their learning needs with a professional Skate Canada coach. 

A CSA approved hockey helmet is mandatory for all skaters who are not at a CanSkate stage 5 level. Helmets are recommended for any skaters who are not confident with their balance or who are returning to the sport after years of being away.
