Introduction to Starskate is a group program designed for skaters who wish to pursue figure skating. It is suitable for any skater who has experience with skating. Skaters must have permission from the coaches to move up to this level before registering for this program.
What happens after the Introduction StarSkate Program?
As the skaters progress, they can move up through the different StarSkate ice sessions. More information on this is available on the StarSkate Programming link or you can read more on the Skate Canada Website.
Your skater will have some group coaching as well as some free time to practice what they are learning. At this level, skaters benefit from more tailored, personal coaching. Coaches will let you know when your skater is ready to move up to a level where private coaching begins. Private coaching fees are above the regular registration costs.
